LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE CURRICULUM
Unit-1 Individual Leadership
The focus of Unit 1 is on individual identity and what strengths and values students already have. This is intended to help students ease into the following leadership content by allowing them to talk about things they do know -- themselves!
Unit 1 - 개인의 리더쉽
Unit 1의 Focus는 개인의 정체성과 학생들이 이미 가지고있는 강점과 가치에 있습니다. 리더십
정의는 리더로서 자신에 대해 지금까지 배운
내용을 다른 사람들에게 적용하는 방법을
적용하는 것을 목표로합니다. 자신이 누구인지,
동료와 어떻게 다른지, 현재 가지고있는 꿈이나
목표를 탐구하는 데 초점을 맞출 것입니다
Unit 2- Group Leadership
The focus of Unit 2 is on leadership in a group setting. Students will now learn how to understand others and how to best work with them.
Unit 2 - 그룹 리더쉽
Unit 2의 초점은 그룹 환경의 리더십에 있습니다. 단원 1을 통해 자신을 이해함으로써 이제 다른
사람을 이해하고 그들과 가장 잘 협력하는 방법을 배우게됩니다. 또한 긍정적 인 팀워크와 매너,경청, 협업 및 계획, 친절하게 피드백을 제공하는
방법등이 포함됩니다. 학생들은 또한 EQ에
대해 배운 것을 연습하고 그룹 환경에서 어떻게
적용되는지 알아볼수 있습니다.
Unit 3- Community Leadership
The focus of Unit 3 is on observing leadership in community-based settings. This Unit will instead show students how others practise leadership in communities and identify why it is important to support your community.
Unit 3- 커뮤니티 리더쉽
Unit 3의 초점은 커뮤니티 기반 환경에서
리더십을 관찰하는 것입니다. 이 단원은 다른 사람들이 지역 사회에서 리더십을 실천하는 방법을
보여주고 지역 사회를 지원하는 것이 왜 중요한지 확인합니다. 커뮤니티 환경에서 리더를 발견하고 학생들에게 스토리텔링을 통해 실행중인 커뮤니티 리더를 볼 수있는 기회를 제공합니다.
Unit 4- Practicing Leadership
Unit 4 brings students back to the primary goal of this course -- leadership is a collection of skills that they can practise and use in their lives! By having students integrate what they have learned in the last 3 units into their personal experiences, students will have the chance to practise autonomy in their leadership journey.

되돌립니다. 리더십은 자신의 삶에서 연습하고
사용할 수있는 기술 모음입니다! 학생들이 지난
3 개 단원에서 배운 내용을 개인적인 경험에
통합하게함으로써 학생들은 리더십 여정에서 자율성을 연습 할 기회를 갖게됩니다.
